This is a diagram representing New Entry’s Farmer Training Program showing the progression from a workshop to “Explore Farming” to our efforts to transition farmers transition off the incubator to their own land. Services in the form of our food hub, workshops, and technical assistance are provided on an ongoing basis alongside core program offerings. While the number of individuals reached through these offerings decreases along the pathway towards becoming an established farmer, the significance of the impact of these programs increases resulting in new sustainable farmers and a more resilient food system.
