Simple Greek Salad
- 4-6 cups torn assorted salad greens (trimmed, washed, and dried)
- 1/4 cup cleaned and chopped radish
- 1/4 cup minced fresh mint leaves or mint mixed with parsley
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pitted and chopped black olives
Toss all ingredients together. Drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice to taste.
