Summer Fruit Salad

Serves:

6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bite-sized cantaloupe cubes or balls
  • 1 cup bite-sized honeydew melon cubes or balls
  • 1 cup bite-sized watermelon cubes or balls
  • 2 cups thinly sliced peaches
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

In a large bowl, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, and peaches and stir in lime juice and sugar.  Scatter blueberries on top and sprinkle with nuts.  Serve cold.
